My name is Chad Milbrandt; I'm a Notary Public and Lawyer licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. I live with my wife and daughter in Toronto.

I started signandseal.ca as a mobile notary service in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Amidst office closings and lockdowns, many traditional notarial businesses struggled to make their services accessible. I found I was able to meet this need by driving to my clients, offering at-home notary services. The success of the signandseal.ca model is largely due to this flexibility; Working mostly evenings and weekends, I'm able to conveniently meet you at home, after work, and notarize documents on the spot. Due to the demand, what first started with friends and neighbours has quickly grown. signandseal.ca has recently expanded to offer services across the GTA and Southern Ontario. Can I help?
